He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Betty Jo Burton. He is survived by: his parents, Russell Hayes and Melissa Hayes (Dennis); his brother Nicholas Hayes; his grandparents, Russell, Karen Hayes, Paul and Debbie Wagner; his aunts and uncles, Ivy Hayes, Billy Cox, Jason Hayes, Brian Wagner (Elizabeth) and Paul Wagner (Diane Rux); his cousins, Jason Hayes and Ahrayah; and his great-uncle Bub (Robin Burton). He is also survived by his great uncles, aunts, and several cousins.
Memorial donations will be accepted at the funeral home in Russell's (Bubby's) honor.
