He was predeceased by: his parents, Rowland Nathaniel Robert Johnson and Beatrice Larkin-Johnson; and his brother Frank Johnson. He is survived by: his former wife Theresa Loretta McCoy Johnson of Fairmont; his son Jeremiah David Johnson of Fairmont; and his siblings, Brenda Stinson of McKeesport, PA, Allen Bruce Johnson (Luanne McDaniels-Johnson) of Boyton Beach, FL, Michael Anthony Johnson of North Versailles, PA and Jessica Yvonne Johnson of North Versailles, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
