She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Earle Carlson and Erma Carlson; her husband Dr. William E. Phillips, Jr. (Bill); and her sisters, Erma Joan Sindeldecker and Geneva Jeanne Carlson.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel E. Phillips (Sonia) of Shenandoah, TX, Christine E. Miller (Chip) of Whitehall, WV and William R. Phillips (Rina) of Los Angeles, CA.. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
