She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Mann and Goldie Effie Bostic Frederick; her husband David Ruben Hall; and her siblings, Edward Frederick, Kay Spiro, Frank Frederick and Dale Frederick.
She is survived by: her children, David Mark Hall (Beth) of Fairmont, Carolyn Fisher (Dan) of Fairmont and Melanie Snyder of Fairmont; her grandchildren, Sydney Benson (Scottie), Spencer Hall, Jimmy Hall, Hayley O'Neal (Seth) and Kayla Snyder; her great grandchild Rory O'Neal; and her siblings, Arthur Frederick of Hickory, NC, Kenneth Frederick (Linda) and Gladys Tennant (Joe). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
