He was predeceased by: his mother Mary E. Horton Turner; his sisters, Benita Kelly and Darylnn Scales; and his grandmother Bertha Koger. He is survived by: his siblings, Kimberly Fleming (Gary), Christalynn Sumlin (Andrew), Bertha Horton, Michele Miles (David), William Horton (Racquiel), Steven Turner (Renee), Ron Turner (Dina) and Jermaine Turner (Nicole); his daughter Rondeia Hebb; his grandchildren, Bryson Hebbs and Mason Miller; his father Ronald Edward Turner, Sr.; and his stepmother Doris Turner.
