He is survived by: his wife Neva Lloyd; his children, Rick Bower of Fairmont, Rose Bower (Emily) of Fairmont, Cheryl Bower of Fairmont and Crystal Crane (Bill) of Fairmont; his stepchildren, Stacy Price (Ryan), Shawn Ramsey (Trish) and Steve Ramsey (Kristi); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Justin, Meghan, Rikki, Vanessa and Chris; his great grandchildren, Braiden, Riley, Blaine, Savannah, Morgan, Rowan and Noe; and his brothers, Jay Bower (Susan), Kevin Bower, Mark Bower (Shelley), Keith Bower and Dean Bower (Ginger). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
