With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Glenn Janes Jr. (Fairmont, West Virginia), who passed away on January 17, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert Janes and Maronee Fleming Janes Wroe. He is survived by: his wife Christine McLennan Janes; his sons, Robert Glenn Janes III (Trey) and McLennan Stewart Janes (Amanda Howard); and his siblings, Pamela Janes Snyder, Judge David Robert Janes, Anne Elizabeth Janes and Thomas Fleming Janes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Since he was a camper at Peterkin Conference Center for eight years and a Peterkin counselor for two years, Robbie has requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his memory to Peterkin Conference Center, 286 Clubhouse Road, Romney, West Virginia 26757.
