He is survived by: his wife Wilma Miller Hackett; his children, Mark (Diana Hackett) of Bridgeport and Angela (Chris Toothman) of Kingmont; his grandsons, Cody Toothman (Ali Cumberland) of Kingmont and Colton Toothman of Kingmont; his niece Dixie Wolfe of Fellowsville, WV; and his great-niece Torrie (D. J. Sova).
