It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Garcia of Fairmont, West Virginia, born in Moundsville, West Virginia, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Smith Garcia; his parents, Jesse Garcia and Lillian Garcia; his siblings, Jesse Garcia, Bob Garcia and Mary Lou Garcia; and his granddaughter Amanda Latusek.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Latusek (late Ted) of Freeport, FL, Rick Garcia (Vickie Kisner) of Fairmont, WV, Sharon Wade (Jim) of Fairview, WV and Lori Bish (Mike) of Fayetteville, NC; his grandchildren, Jennifer Latusek-Nabholz, Melissa Garcia-Webb, Lorenzo Garcia, Bryan Garcia and Allison Bish; his great grandchildren, Isabel Garcia, Logan Nabholz and Josiah Nabholz; his sister Carmen Hays of Whetstone, WV; and his extended family, Sissie Johnson (Johnny), Mercedes Powenski, Matthew Porter, Damian Guthrie, Zaclynn Hager and Waylon Hager.
