She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Shankster and Mildred Shankster; her husband Daniel Clayton; her daughter Carol Sullivan-Trippett; her husband Jim Sullivan; her stepson Jimmy Sullivan; her siblings, Emma Fae "Pesky" Kalder (Frank), Owen "Bud" and Richard "Dick" Shankster (Ruth); her brother-in-law Dorsey Clayton; and her nephew Tim Clayton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rindy Clayton, Janet Clayton and Kathy Higgs (William); her grandchildren, Raye Sullivan-Trippett (Drew Williams), Sara Higgs, Jennifer Mullins (Travis) and Daniel Higgs (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Vivienne, Gwendolyn Mullins, Hadley, Parker and Owen Higgs; her sisters-in-law, Celia Shankster (Bud) and Rosalea Clayton (Dorsey); and her nephew David Clayton.
