He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Wycoff and Lettie Long Wycoff; his wife Mary C. Wycoff; his former wife Elizabeth Wycoff; his son-in-law Allan Wolfe; his great grandchild Markis Wycoff; and his siblings, Mary Haught, Robert, James Wycoff and Ethel Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Rose Marie Wolfe of Bridgeport and Ralph E. "Buddy" Wycoff (Delores) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Ryan E. Wycoff (Eva), Heather Gump (John) and Crystal Wycoff; his great grandchildren, Logan I., Jacob, Mason Wycoff, Logan C., Zachary, Gabrielle, Brady and Gatlin Gump; his sister Helen Twyman (Gary); and his parents-in-law, Elmus Boord, Otis Shaver and James Shaver (Florencia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
