He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fisher and Betty Nicholson Fisher; his wife Penelope Kellar Fisher; his daughter Salina O'Dell; and his stepchildren, Fredrick Groat, Randy Groat and Shari Groat.
He is survived by: his child Xylona Newbrough (Timothy); his stepchildren, Richard Groat of Charleston, WV and Sheila Welton of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Triston Newbrough (Victoria), Heustan O'Dell (Stephanie Swisher), Caleb Newbrough (Anna Phillips), Haleigh O'Dell (Brian Crowe), Skyler Newbrough and Saylor Newbrough; his great grandchild Landon Newbrough; and his sister Diana Asterino.
