He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Perry, Sr. and Mildred V. Carney Morgan; and his wife Joan M. Latham Morgan. He is survived by: his children, David (Cathy Morgan) of Zanesville, OH, Robert Alan (Louise Little Morgan) of Fairmont, WV, Sandra Morgan Fennell (Chris Fennell) of Leesburg, VA and Perry James (Meg Berisford Morgan) of Hilliard, OH; his grandchildren, Megan Morgan, Molly (Justin Moroose), Matthew (Resa Morgan), Sarah (Sam Miller), Andrew (Elizabeth Morgan), Katie (Tyler Reynolds), Julie Morgan (Ethan Slaboden), Grace (Don Bergin), Perry Albert Fennell (Julia Shuart), C. J. (Caitlyn Fennell), Ashley Morgan and P. J. Morgan (Alyssa LoVerso); and his great grandchildren, Madigan, Sullivan Taylor, Emery, Eleanor, Oliver Moroose, Evelyn, Logan, Luke Miller, Lorelei Morgan and Donnie Bergin.
