She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Edward Smallwood and Ivy Joann Kendall. She is survived by: her children, Monica Vincent, Roger King (Candace Wetzel), Amy Smallwood (Shaun Wine), Paige King (Tyler Wilson) and Skilea Vincent; her grandchildren, Caitlin, Nickell, Reagan, Kennedy, Autumn, Alex, Iaasac, Shauna, Samantha, Shelby, Stephaine, Jayden and Kendra; and her brothers, George, Richard and Patrick Smallwood.
The family requests memorial contributions be made in Paula's memory to the Fresenius Dialysis Center, 2231 Landing Lane, Fairmont, WV 26554.
