She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell A. Hillberry and Mabel Johnson Hillberry Engle; her husband John Sterling Provins; her daughter Linda Provins; and her siblings, Russell "Dube" Hillberry, Alden "Bud" Hillberry, Allen Engle and Eva "Tootie" Hillberry.
She is survived by: her children, John S. Provins, Jr. of Fairmont and Vera L. Jones of Bruceton Mills; her grandchildren, John S. Provins, III of Follansbee, WV, Brandon L (Morgan Provins) of Fayetteville, NC, Kelly (Michael Miller) of Reedsville, WV and Shelly (Christopher DeHart) of Nashville, TN.; her great grandchildren, Opal Provins, Nathan Harmon (Chasity), Jordan Holmes (Krystle), Aven DeHart and Asher DeHart; and her sister Lina "Teen" Rager of Washington, PA. She is also survived by eight great-great-grandchildren.
