He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rowe and Madeline Hall Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Rowe; his children, Larry Rowe (Karen), Crystal Rowe (James Davis), Emily Rowe (Dane Christiansen), Matthew Rowe (Holly) and Rachel; his grandchildren, Jacob Rowe, Emma Rowe, Shyanne Rowe, Kylie, Aleara and Gage; his siblings, John Rowe (Sherry), Tom Rowe (Mary) and Margaret Maxon (John); and his close friends, Dave Scott Browning (Andi Brock), Rusty Conners and Nicole Echols.
