He is survived by: his daughters, Kninea Nichole Smallwood of Morgantown, WV and Amanda Lea Tolliver of Huntington, WV; and his brothers, George Smallwood, Richard Smallwood and Patrick Smallwood. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
