It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Leon Foster of Fairmont, West Virginia, born in Welch, West Virginia, who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee A. Banks and Mary Foster; and his siblings, Samuel Foster, Ronald Wheeler, Harold Banks, Pauline Echols and Travon Devonte.
He is survived by: his daughter Shanice Foster (Samuel Powell); the mother of his children Michelle Cowley; and his siblings, Carolyn Wheeler, Paulette Burns, Regina Foster, Aljurita Thomas, Clara Cannady, Brenda of Washington, Carrie Banks, Clifford Banks and Lee Foster. He is also survived by many Nieces and nephews.
