She is survived by: her children, Greg Simmons (Becky) of Colfax, WV, Sarah Tennant of Fairmont, WV, Ruth Moore (Gary) of Fairview, WV and Judy Riley (Gary) of Jane Lew, WV; her siblings, Dorsey Carlton Rumer of Oakland, MD, Barbara Tusing (Moses Miller) of Oakland, MD and Betty Johnson (James) of San Diego, CA; her grandchildren, Erin Wilson, Mandy Tolliver (Mat), Amy Simmons, Danielle Moore, Michelle Greathouse (Mike) and Benjmin Riley (Jennifer); and her sister-in-law Sylvia Rumer of Oakland, MD.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
