He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Waugh and Virginia Wade Waugh; and his daughter Cassandra Waugh. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ice Waugh; his son Patrick Waugh (Tracey) of Grafton; and his sister Alice Sue Hess (Kermit).
