He is survived by: his stepmother Mary Edna Merrifield Lowe; his stepsiblings, Tom Lowe and Katy Day; his brothers, Jack Lowe, James Lowe, Richard Lowe and Billy Ross Lowe; and his stepsiblings, Keith Lowe and Mary Steele. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
