She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jack Valentine Sr. and Mary Ellen Harding White; her husband Chris Crislip; her stepfather Charles White; her grandparents, Marshall, Emma Harding, Ed and Lillian Valentine; her granddaughters, Abagail Moore and Aryonna Hall; and her siblings-in-law, David Bright and Yvonne "Tootie" Wix.
She is survived by: her children, Breed Moore of Fairmont, Andrew Hall and Matthew Hall; her grandchildren, Bella of Fairmont, Breed of Fairmont, Patience of Fairmont and Kierra Moore of Fairmont; her siblings, Robert Jack Valentine, Jr. (Becky Valentine) of Rivesville, WV, Rease (Berty Wix) of Fairmont, Charles "Pudgy" (Pam Wix) of Rivesville, Bernard "Smokey" Wix of Farmington, Sheila Costin (Robert Dixon) of Farmington and Ada; and her friend Loretta. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles.
