He was predeceased by: his parent Dellet O. Weaver; his wife Deanna Asterino Weaver; his sisters, Myra Sue and Sandra Kay Weaver; and his brother-in-law John Asterino.
He is survived by: his parent E. Beulah Currey Weaver; his son Chris A. Weaver (LaDawn); his grandchildren, Jessica Castillo (Sam), Lindsay Britton (John) and Haley Orgill (Zack); his daughter Tracey L. Weaver; his grandchild Devin Sears; his great grandchildren, Allie, Bruce, Adrian Castillo, Luke, Claire Britton and Patrick Orgill; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Asterino (Marianna), Judy Lusher (Gary), Barbara Skinner (Rick) and Diana Asterino. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
