It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lacey Renee Fox of Fairmont, West Virginia, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, William Keith and Patricia "Pattie" Sampson Fox of Morgantown; her close friend Larissa Kirk; her children, Tara Grinnan, Blake and Brody Fultineer; her siblings, Joey Coburn (Megan) and Ashley Povroznik Hawkins; her aunts and uncles, Chrystal Haselau (Eugene Levtov), Nancy Povroznik, Deborah Hoskins (Ed), David Fox (Vicki) and Edward Sampson; her pets, Sampson and Mario; and her grandmother Louise Fox.
During all services, masks are required, social distancing guidelines will be followed and ask that you limit your time in the funeral home to fifteen minutes.
