She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Cook and Ella Minnich Cook. She is survived by: her children, Alysa Lantz of Fairmont and Austin Barber (Kaitlyn) of Fairmont; her grandchildren, Kamryn Lantz, Remington Barber, Luna and Lily Barber; and her brother Andy Andrew Cook (Lisa McCoullough) of Fairmont.
Kimberly was an organ donor and through her gift she was able to offer life to others through her donation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her CareFund page on her obituary site.
