He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Ray Kisner and Letha Leona Heston Kisner; his wife Paula Jean Thompson Kisner; his sisters, Donna Mays of Morgantown, WV, Dana (Bob Clark) and Kathy Jean (John Jett); his aunt Emma Jean Mayles; his uncle Fay Heston; his nieces, Letha Devine and Heather Shumate; his nephew Joshua Mays (Kelly); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayden Austin (Morgan), Riley Austin, Lily Devine, Landon Mays, Hannah Shumate and Sarah Shumate.
