He is survived by: his wife Connie Tate; his children, Missy, Steve Starkey, Duane, Veronica Tate, Rich and Tammy Tate; his grandchildren, Ricky, Ashley Forquer, Zack Forquer, Oshana, Josh Tate, Alisha Tate and Seth "Zeb" Casino; his great grandchildren, Adalyn Forquer, Aleena Forquer, Remington and Hazel; and his siblings, Keith Tate, Wendell Tate, Darris Tate and Beverly Habbert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
