Kathy Ramsburg Obituary

Kathy Jean Ramsburg 68, was called home to be with her lord and savior, Saturday, December 23, 2023 at her home in Fairmont, WV. Death was sudden and unexpected. She was the daughter of the late Johnny Trader and Emma Jean Shoulders, Kathy followed her belated husband Lloyd "Butch" Ramsburg who passed away on March 2, 2012, and son Charles Everett Ramsburg.

Kathy is survived by her fiance Donald "Pat" Kisner of Fairmont, WV and her three daughters Regina Ann Daft and husband Shawn, Crystal Renee Cale and husband David, and Misty Dawn Hawkins and husband Kevin. Kathy is also survived by her siblings Ray Trader, Norma Walters, Debbie Ivey, and Patty Stemple.Also surviving are nine grandchildren, Samantha Daugherty, Mallory Badgett, Hanna Daugherty, David Cale, Dustin Cale, Jessica Cale, Hunter Criss, Hayden Criss, and Caleb Criss. Kathy is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Kathy was preceded in death by her two brothers Larry Trader, John Trader, and sister, Brenda Lawrence.

Kathy adored spending time with her family and loved tending to her plants and caring for her many pets. Kathy's house always had an open door for her family who often showed up unannounced. She had worked in house keeping at AB University.

Kathy's family and friends will gather for a celebration of her life at the Taj Moe Hall in Philippi on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 1:00pm.
