She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fleming Parrish and Isabell Knoble Parrish; her children, Lennie R. Pethtel and Donovia Pethtel; and her granddaughter Jessica Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Rheba Dinardi (Pete) of Morgantown and Jason Pethtel (Kimberly) of Moundsville; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Lee, Justine Shaffer, Keirstin Dinardi-Trapp and Jacob Shaffer. She is also survived by several other grandchildren, great grandchildren, family, and friends.
