She is survived by: her sons, Brad (Donna Merrifield), Gary (Rachael Merrifield) and Eddy (Michele Merrifield); and her grandchildren, Matthew Merrifield (Cathy), Eric Merrifield, Tyler Merrifield, Paige Merrifield, Nolan Merrifield (Ashley), Marlena Phillips (Rodney), Stacey Henline (Robert) and Steven Merrifield (Kayla).
