He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Urse and Jennie Urse; his sister Rosellen Panella; his brothers-in-law, John Panella of Dayton, OH, Gene Tartell of Dayton, OH and Edward Lewis of Dayton, OH; his father-in-law Howard Maurice Postlethwait of Fairmont; and his close friend Ronnie Batson of Idamay.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Urse (Tabitha), Jason Urse, Jared Urse (Sarah), Justin Urse (Amber) and Alicia Urse Hamrick (Jason Lanham); his grandchildren, Adalea Urse, Josey Urse, LillyAnna Urse, Zoey Urse, Jacob Urse, Eli Hamrick, Jett Urse, Jace Urse and Liam Hamrick; his son-in-law Justin Hamrick of Fairmont; his former wife Sherri Urse of Fairmont; his mother-in-law Rose Postlethwait; and his sisters, Helena Tartell and Janet Lewis of Dayton, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
