It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Alba Tatterson (Fairmont, West Virginia), who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Junior Tatterson and Evelyn Louise Bunner Tatterson; his brother-in-law Bill Satterfield; and his brothers, Thomas, Ray and Lawrence Tatterson.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Satterfield; his daughters, Janie Lynn Burns (Mike) of Fairmont, Susan Rene Rodriguez (Steve) of Fairmont and Amy Carol Tatterson of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Joshua Burns, Jared Burns, Tyler (Ambroshia Rodriguez) and Cassady Rodriguez; his great grandchildren, Isabella and Amelia Rodriguez; and his sisters-in-law, Juanita Satterfield, Patricia Tatterson-Koncelik and Carol Tatterson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that the guidelines of facial masks and social distancing be observed.
