He is survived by: his wife Tressa Lynn Stevens Perkins; his daughter Johnna Perkins of Fairmont; his stepchildren, Christopher Martin of Mannington and Ashley Martin of Hepzibah; his grandchild Kyla Hibbs; and his stepchildren, Tabias Hibbs, Nathan Martin, Bentley Martin, Carson Martin, Paisley Martin, Aryonna Martin and Zander Martin. He is also survived by his wife, daughter, grandbabies, and friends.
