He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Mayle and Ruby Titchener Mayle; his former wife Mary Jane Dodd Mayle; his son John Thomas Mayle; his stepdaughter Robin Rotunda; his brothers, Richard, Leonard (Anna), Calvin (Dorthy) and Charles (Katherine); his half-brothers, Ira and Robert Cain; and his sister Vickie Mayle.
He is survived by: his wife Roxie Mayle; his children, Tina McDonald (Charles) of Laramie, WY and Shawn Mayle (Angela) of Gerrardtown, WV; his stepdaughters, Cindy Graziani (John) and Melissa Petracca of Fairmont; his stepson-in-law James Rotunda; his siblings, Freny Harris Minardi, Sheila Mayle and Stan Mayle (Nora); and his sisters-in-law, Violet and Donna. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
