We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2020, at the age of 93, John Frank Mentus of Fairmont, West Virginia, born in Grant Town, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Frank Mentus to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mentus and Sophia Latocha Mentus; and his brother Albert Skubis. He is survived by: his wife Joan Mentus; his children, John Gregory Mentus (Heidi) and Deborah Falconi (Larry); his grandchildren, Alexandria Mentus, John Michael Mentus, Abby Sanders, Kristen Falconi and Kyle Falconi; his sisters, Irene Mentus and Mary Mentus; his nephews, Johnny Joe Mentus, Frank Skubis and Albert Jr. Skubis; and his niece Linda Chico. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Joan Mentus, 1219 Woodland Crescent, Fairmont, WV 26554, to assist with funeral expenses.
