He is survived by: his wife Tammie Mays Capet of Grantown; his children, John Allen Capet II (Misty Wiant) of Grantown, Camille Tennant of Fairmont and Samuel Capet of Monongah; his stepdaughter Tasha Kernan (Robert) of Mannington; and his sister Sandy Smith (Franklin) of Metz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
