She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Lafayette McCoy Jr. and Vivian Lorraine Thomas McCoy; her granddaughter Cheyanne Groves; her great grandchild Logan Colasessano; her siblings, Linda McCoy, Nancy Kisner and Robert McCoy; and her sisters-in-law, Betty McCoy and Patricia "P. J.".
She is survived by: her children, Cherry Groves of Shinnston, Samuel Treece (Trisha Burgwin) of Shinnston and James Treece of Fairmont; her brothers, Mike McCoy of Fairmont and Dennis McCoy of Shinnston; and her friend John Bissett of Fairmont. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
