He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Sarah Francis Hammock, Lonnie and Glenn Frazier; and his extended family, Sarah Lisa Hammock and J. Roy.
He is survived by: his children, Cameron Kylen Frazier and Shipley Jane Frazier; his parents, Gaither G. Frazier and Deborah Hammock Frazier; his sister Sarah Frazier Mayse (Ryan Mayse); his nephew Jaxon; his niece Mia; his brother David Michael Frazier (Lauren Qualls Frazier); his nieces and nephews, Gunnar and Kimber; his sister Lisa Frazier Fleming (Todd Fleming); his nieces and nephews, Carter and Carmen; his brother Christopher Frazier; and also Dylan Kincer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (170 Madison St, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
