He was predeceased by: his father Perry Kuhn. He is survived by: his mother Carol Evans Kuhn; his significant other Shelby Knisley Kuhn; his daughters, Brooke Heston (Matthew), Megan Paknik (Daniel) and Reyce Kuhn (Chance); his grandchildren, Morgan Heston, Maren Heston, Maggie Paknik and Zane Paknik; his brothers, Randy Kuhn (Tina) and Danny Kuhn (LeeAnn); his parents-in-law, Edna and Terry White; his siblings-in-law, Kimmi Cole (Kenny) and Randy Smith; and his pets, Bella, Ozzy and Lola. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorial contributions be made in Jamie's memory to the Glioblastoma Foundation, PO Box 62066, Durham, NC 27715.
