He is survived by: his sons, Scott Rowe and Kevin Rowe (Becky); his grandchildren, Caleb Rowe, Mason Rowe and Guerin Rowe; his sister Jean Biafore (Stanley); his siblings-in-law, Patty Cox and Anthony Utzie (Laura); his nieces and nephews, Tricia Winkler, Casey Cox, Michael Harris, Sydni Winkler, TJ Winkler, Kim Taylor (Dave), Allison Ferrell (Chris), Stanley Biafore, Reghan Winkler and Kelly Biafore; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Matt, Brett Taylor, Isabella, Juliana Ferrell and Sam Biafore.
