He is survived by: his wife Dawn Phillips of Fairmont, WV; his children, Adam Everson of Belington, WV, Rachel Kelly of Morgantown, Hal Phillips of Fairmont, WV., Erick Kelly of Fairmont, WV. and Jayme Phillips of Fairmont, WV.; his grandchildren, Noah Everson, Kynsie Wheeler and Addy Wheeler; and his siblings, Bertha'Gail'Gonzalez of Waynesboro, VA, Ada Greene of Mt. Solon, VA and Joyce Phillips of Roanoke, VA.
