He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Sally; his daughters, Susan Rogers (Craig) and Shannon Rogers; his grandson Jack; his daughter Amanda Norris (Aaron); his grandchildren, Cooper of North Carolina and Rian of North Carolina; his daughter Diana Blackwood (Kenton); his grandchildren, Kate of Bridgeport and Eli Hawkins (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Aedyn and Lilea of Fairmont; his grandson Cameron Hawkins (Jody); his great grandchildren, Bronson and Palmer of California; his grandson Lucas Hawkins; his great grandchild Brooklyn of Florida; his grandchild Alishia Fields (Bradley); his children, Levi, Sarah, Carter and Bill Johnson Jr. (Gina); and his grandson Colton of South Carolina. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
