He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward Coleman of El Dorado, Arkansas. and Ruby Sites Coleman of El Dorado, Arkansas.; his former wife Ada Joyce Hatfield; and his brother William Louis Coleman. He is survived by: his sons, Benjamin "Ben" Edward Coleman of Marietta, GA, George "Bill" William Coleman and Robert "Doc" Clarkson Coleman; his grandchildren, Katherine Elizabeth Coleman of Carrollton, GA and Lauren Ruth Coleman of Loganville, GA; and his nieces, Cathy Pietsch, Cindy Bergman, Caryn Crull and Carol Ann Tisdale.
