It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Carpenter Moon of Fairmont, West Virginia, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Douglas Moon and Mary Ellen Walbert Moon; and his siblings, William D. Moon and Jeannette Thompson. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Ann Bocelli of Ridgeley, WV; and his granddaughter Samantha Bocelli of New York.
