He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sutphin and Elizabeth Bell Sutphin; his significant other Susan L. McCartney; his son David Zenesik; and his brothers, Richard and Kenneth Sutphin.
He is survived by: his son Taylor Sutphin (Paige Yonkins) of Fairmont; his brother Roger Sutphin (Terry) of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Jonathan Fisher (Sam), Aaron McNeill and Brookelynn McNeill; and his friends, Evelyn and Randy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
