It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie James Hibbs Hess (Fairmont, West Virginia), born in Mannington, West Virginia, who passed away on January 29, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hess and Olive Fluharty Hess; his wife Marjorie Hess; and his sisters, Louise Romeo, Marsha Morlock and Fannie Richardson.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Lawson (Dale) of Morgantown and Junior Hess (Barb) of Kansas; his grandchildren, Michael Bartolf (D'Marie), Matthew Bartolf (Cassandra), Daniel Bartolf (Lindsey), Jack Hess, Maryann Hess, Alivia Lawson and Nicholas Lawson; his great grandchildren, Adaline Bartolf, Thomas Bartolf, Khalan Bartolf, Jason Hess and Charlotte Hess; and his siblings, Charles Richardson and Freda Cox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
