He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Alice Eileen Springer Wright; his wife Mary Ann Wright; his brothers, Edward and George Wright; and his great grandchild Barrett Masters.
He is survived by: his close friend Ester Szczyt; his sons, Bill Wright of Fairmont, WV, Mark Wright (Deborah) of Fairmont, WV and Jackie Wright of Fairmont, WV; his stepdaughters, Deanna Bland (Anthony) of Fairmont, WV and Tammy Eye of Fredericksburg, VA; his sister Mary Ellen Haney of Fairmont, WV; and his grandchildren, Michael Wright, Andrea Wright, Brandi Herndon, Ashley Williams, Mikhaela Funk, Carissa Funk, Lauren Eye, Austin Eye and Landon Eye. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and numerous cousins.
