We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2021, at the age of 87, Howard S. Charlton of Fairmont, West Virginia, born in Fairview, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard S. Charlton and Fern Hamilton Charlton; his wife Myrna "Kay" Hess Charlton; his daughters, Dr. Judie Charlton (Bruce Andrews) of Morgantown and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Brooke Andrews, Reed Andrews, Will Andrews, Hunter Murray and Alexandrea Murray; his great grandchild Adelyn Murray; his brother James "Butch" Charlton (Beverly); his stepson Brian Morris of Charlotte, NC; his sister Bonnie Jean Mills; and his great-grandparent Judge Benjamin Franklin Charlton. He was also cherished by numerous nephews, nieces.
The family requests memorial contributions be made in Dr. Charlton's memory to First Presbyterian Church, 301 Jackson St., Fairmont, WV 26554.
