She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ray and Goldie E. Hanlan Paugh. She is survived by: her husband Fred E. "Pete" Fisher; her siblings, Clifford Paugh of Ohio, Eleanor (Michael Wolner) of Ohio and Dottie (Clifford Porter) of Baltimore, MD; and her friend Tracie Kudla. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
