She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert V. Fortney and Dorothy L. Fortney; her husband Raymond; her brother Albert Fortney; her children, Misty Hawkinberry and Raymond Hawkinberry (Burke); and her grandchild Bunny Hawkinberry.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Hawkinberry of Fairmont, Kevin Hawkinberry of Fairmont, Albert Hawkinberry of Fairmont, Duane (Beverly) of Carolina, WV, David Hawkinberry (Michelle) of Fairmont and Merry Schmuck of Fairmont; and her grandchildren, Heather Howard, Heath Welch, Brandy McDonald, Jason Pheasant, Mindy Stevenski, Megan Hawkinberry, Airi Lemasters, Amanda Hawkinberry, Makenzie Hawkinberry and Kayla Hawkinberry. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
